Students are advised to read/follow the instructions carefully before appearing the remotely conducted exam, everyday as there might be updates for the different subjects.
-Students need to answer, 2 out of 3 questions, in their own words, as far as practicable. Each question carries 10 marks. The duration of the exam is two hours.
Questions will be sent to you your GCI email, five minutes before the commencement of the exam
-Copying the content/answer from other sources, if found, will be considered as invalid.
–Minimum word for answer of each question is 325 words. Total word count of the answer of each question should be mentioned immediately after the completion of the answer. [for example Total words – 308]
-In all the pages of answer sheet students should write Page number at the bottom of the answer sheets.
- Please create a cover page as shown in the following picture, for each subject

-Always start writing answer in a fresh page, with the full question.
-The pass mark of this exam is 55% of the full marks.
-Immediately after receiving the question, reply as Received the questions, Thank you.
-Arrange you answer sheets as advised here: take pictures of all the pages of your answer sheets and create single pdf (Portable Document Format) file where Cover page should be in the front, then page no. 1, 2, 3 and so on.
Submission of answer-sheets
-The handwritten answers should be sent to the same email through which you received the questions. It should not be sent to anybody else.
-Do not compose new email to send, just reply the email with your pdf file.
-Emails received after 12:59 am will be considered as invalid.
–Type-written answers are not accepted. Use black inked pen/ball pen to answer the questions.
-The sent file should be clearly understandable.
-The same answer-sheets need to be submitted to the college later. So keep that safe.
Failing to abide by the same will be considered as violence of rules.
Not following the instructions is considered as ignoring.
