As a not-for-profit event of the college, 6th GIC aims to offer researchers an avenue to make research and evidenced-based dissemination of knowledge in numerous streams and areas of academic and research significance relevant to management.

Following our previous practice, the 6th global international conference is scheduled in the first week of December and is organized to accommodate as large as 500 research delegates from the academic, expert and corporate sectors of Nepal and International settings. University students, faculty, researchers, professionals, and industry practitioners applying to present their original research paper designed with the academic inquiries in the field of management and ICT and its significance in management in a widely defined manner, are invited to participate.

Research quality and validity as well as academic standards maintained to address numerous agendas relating to entrepreneurship, strategic management, international business strategies, information (communication) technologies in management, organizational behavior, finance and banking, and others worth accounting for academic, research and career significance are the key indicators considered for selection of the paper.  Priority is lent to the papers based on primary data analysis or empirical research.  In essence, high-quality conceptual and field analysis-based empirical research papers deemed useful for academic purpose and professional uses are accepted for presentation in the 6th GIC. If the paper selected for the conference, as well, meets in criteria and quality with the standards of publication, is assigned for peer review for selection to be published in the Journal of Management Science and Research (NJMSR). NJMSR is a peer-reviewed, NEPJOL-indexed journal with open access published annually by GCI with an intent to research documentation and dissemination as an integral feature of our annual conference. Following the recommendations from the reviewers, each paper is reviewed and edited more intensely a second time with a technical focus by the editorial panel led by the chief editor. Nevertheless, the authors are taken responsible for any incongruence in content and pattern created in the individual paper as being purely their original product.
